Open Sesame International, Inc. (OSI), a cutting edge off-shore BPO and ITO service provider, is headquartered in Nevada, U.S.A. OSI also has major operations in China under the name of Henan Open Sesame Digital Commerce Co., Ltd.. Services we provide include, but are not limited to:

2. Application Development and Management

4. Web-based services, such as data collection, analysis and market research, email handling, order processing, remote shipping label preparation, live help (non-audio), and fact checking, etc.
5. Hosting partner for international service providers.

As a CMMI3 and ISO 27001 certified service provider, OSI, in recognition of its status as a leading off-shore service provider in Henan Province, China, was awarded the title of “Important IT Enterprise” and “Star Enterprise” by local governments.

Staffing

OSI has 300 full-time employees, with 10-20 new hires monthly.

Most of our staff have two to five-year experience in their knowledge and skill domain. Our domain knowledge and skills include:

1. Web Application development and management;
2. Software design, development, and testing;
3. Technical support; and
4. Web-based services.

We provide our employees with in-house training programs in skills, language, and clients’ culture. To enlarge our talent pool, we established strategic partnership with three local universities, which tailor their curriculum to our needs for right talents.

We focus on business continuity. Tier staffing is one of the various approaches we take. Retaining talents is one of our management priorities, so we enjoy a much lower turn-over rate.

Cost Control

While we make sure we deliver quality services timely and securely, we make efforts and take measures to keep our overhead expenses low, and keep our support staff as small as possible. We base our major operations in central China where we can access talent pools at lower costs, have free space provided by local governments, and enjoy a number of incentives from central and local governments. We pass all these savings to our clients, so that our clients can have more competitive edge over their competitors.

Facilities and Management

Our facility has an area of 30,000 ft², with enclosed yard, camera surveillance, fingerprint locks, intrusion alarm, in-house servers, UPS, and IT redundancy. All software we use is genuine. As a CMMI3 and ISO 27001 certified service provider, all our management procedures strictly conform to CMMI3 and ISO 27001 requirements, so that we can provide reliable, secure, uninterrupted, and quality services to our clients.
